Job Description:
Country Inn Smart Stays, Patna is looking for a dedicated and energetic Commis Chef (Multi Cuisine) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing multiple cuisines, maintaining kitchen hygiene standards, and supporting smooth kitchen operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and cooking of multi-cuisine dishes
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards are maintained
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas
- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs
- Monitor stock and assist in inventory management
- Ensure timely food preparation and service
Requirements:
- Experience as a Commis Chef or relevant kitchen experience preferred
- Knowledge of Multi Cuisine food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Local candidates from Patna or nearby areas preferred
