Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales across PPA, RESCO, and CAPEX rooftop solar projects.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) customers.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, site visits, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals highlighting cost savings, ROI, IRR, and payback analysis.
- Engage with key decision-makers including CXOs, factory owners, educational institutions, hospitals, commercial establishments, institutions, and corporate groups.
- Collaborate with technical and project execution teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

- 2–8 years of experience in Solar Sales, B2B Sales,



Industrial Sales, or Energy Solutions.
- Graduation in any discipline.
- Strong understanding of commercial electricity billing and tariffs.
- Good knowledge of solar project economics.
- Experience with IRR, payback models, and ROI calculations.
- Understanding of PPA, RESCO, and CAPEX business models.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹10 Crores or more.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve results.
