We are hiring a Sales & Application Engineer for the Gujarat region in partnership with MAHR GmbH, Germany — a global leader in precision metrology with over 160 years of measurement excellence. What You'll Do

- Develop new business across manufacturers, quality labs, and R&D; facilities in Gujarat through field visits, prospecting, and industry networking
- Manage key accounts by building long-term relationships and providing ongoing measurement solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations of MAHR's portfolio — surface roughness testers, form measuring systems, gear measuring instruments, and precision gauges
- Achieve regional sales targets through consultative selling, pipeline management, and structured deal closure
- Coordinate with MAHR Germany for product training, application support, and customer resolution





What We're Looking For

Required

- 2+ years in B2B technical sales or application engineering in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of precision metrology instruments (surface testers, roundness/form testers, gauges, or similar)
- Strong presentation, demonstration, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across the Gujarat region

Preferred

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- Existing network in automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering sectors in Gujarat
- Prior experience handling a European OEM brand
