- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Corporate, SME, Education, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, IT, and Hospitality sectors.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, field visits, and digital outreach.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Finance Heads, Admin Managers, and business owners.
Corporate Sales
- Acquire new corporate accounts for employee and business insurance solutions.
- Conduct need-analysis meetings to understand client requirements.
- Present customized insurance solutions based on client needs.
- Prepare and deliver qualified business presentations and proposals.

Promote and sell:
- Group Medical Insurance (GMC)
- Group Personal Accident Insurance (GPA)
- Group Term Life Insurance (GTL)
- Employee Wellness Programs
- Fire & Property Insurance

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Support the renewal process to maximize client retention.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
