*Role Summary*

We are looking for a dynamic *Senior Sales Executive* with proven experience in Real Estate. The candidate should have robust *sourcing and closing skills*, excellent communication, and be tech-savvy with AI tools to drive sales for our residential projects.

*Key Responsibilities*

1. *Lead Generation & Sourcing*: Generate leads through digital, references, CPs, site visits, and databases

2. *Sales & Closing*: Handle site visits, property presentations, negotiations and close deals for Apartments/Villas

3. *Client Relationship*: Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure post-sales coordination

4. *Market Research*: Track competitor pricing, inventory, and market trends in Mumbai

5. *CRM Management*: Update daily activities, leads,



and follow-ups in CRM accurately

6. *Digital Communication*: Engage clients via *WhatsApp Business, Email, Calls* and share property details, brochures, videos

7. *AI & Tech Usage*: Use *ChatGPT / AI tools* for drafting proposals, client messages, property content, and improving productivity

8. *Target Achievement*: Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- *Education*: Graduate in any field. MBA preferred

- *Experience*: Minimum *3 to 5 years* in Real Estate Sales in Mumbai

- *Age*: 25 to 35 Years

- *Personality*: Good personality, presentable, confident, and target-driven

- *Communication*: *Excellent verbal & written communication skills* in English + Hindi

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
