Role Overview

We are hiring a creative, on-camera-confident Content Creator & Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in Habsiguda.

In this role, you won't just post content—you will own the end-to-end process: from brainstorming and planning calendars to shooting product/styling videos, editing, and publishing across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Camera Brand Ambassador: Model, style, and showcase jewelry collections in reels, short videos, live sessions, and promotional clips.
- End-to-End Video Production: Independently handle mobile/camera shooting (self-videos and close-up product shots) and high-quality video editing.
- Content Planning & Calendar Management: Research market trends, structure advance content calendars, and ensure consistent, high-impact posting schedules.
- Multi-Platform Execution:



Optimize and distribute content tailored to the algorithms of Instagram, YouTube (Shorts & Long-form), Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Marketing & Engagement Mindset: Structure content campaigns to build brand trust, increase engagement, and drive footfall to our store.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Location: 100% Work From Office (WFO) at our Habsiguda, Hyderabad location.
- Production Skills: Proficiency in shooting quality video/photos and editing via apps like CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, InShot, or Canva.
- Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of platform formats, viral trends, aesthetic styling, and audience engagement strategies.
- Personal Style & Confidence: Strong visual aesthetics, good presentation skills, and comfort in front of the camera.
