Job Title: Production Operator

Department: Production

Qualification:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute)

Job Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management
- Manage and monitor raw material inventory and finished goods stock.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with stores department.
- Floor Management / Supervision
- Supervise daily shop floor activities and workforce management.
- Ensure smooth production operations and discipline on the production floor.
- Monitor manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Production Optimization
- Implement production plans and optimize productivity.
- Provide team guidance to improve efficiency and achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with departments for continuous process improvement.
- Scrap Calculation & Control
- Monitor production scrap and wastage levels.




- Maintain scrap calculation reports and suggest corrective actions for reduction.
- Analyze production losses and improve material utilization.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of production processes and inventory handling.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Basic reporting and documentation knowledge.
- Ability to manage production targets and optimize operations.
- Understanding of scrap calculation and material control.

Experience:

- Fresher / Experienced candidates can apply (manufacturing industry experience preferred).
