Job title: AVP-IT Infra & Security Operations (Mumbai)

Years of Experience: 10+ years

Education Required: B. Eng/ B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, or equivalent





Roles and Responsibilities:

- Ownership & Manage Team, Process, Services in Infra , Security and System Support
- Support Lead for – Infra, DB, Systems, Applications, and liaison with Tech Teams for 24*7 system maintenance, issue closure with root cause finding/ analysis
- Provide Level 2/ Level 3 production support and manage incident resolution against established SLA.
- Maintain and update application configuration including user security as needed to meet the business requirement.
- Plan and ensure timely housekeeping and Infrastructure maintenance activities to support Application health.

Required Technical Skills:

- Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure leader with 10+ years in mission-critical systems on-Prem & Cloud.
- Strong technical expertise in Cloud, DevOps, Networking, and proven leadership in team, process, and budget management.
