Job Title: Marketing Sales ExecutiveJob Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Sales Executive to generate recent business opportunities, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with experience in B2B sales, preferably in the jewelry manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop business opportunities.
- Visit clients and conduct sales meetings to promote the company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients until order confirmation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new customers and industry trends.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and exhibitions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales.
- Experience in the Gold & Diamond Jewelry Manufacturing Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to travel for client visits and business development.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
