Project Coordinator – Commercial Building Projects:

A Project Coordinator (Commercial Building) is responsible for supporting project execution by coordinating between site teams, consultants, contractors, and management to ensure smooth planning, execution, and timely completion of commercial construction projects such as offices, malls, hospitals, and hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate between project manager, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and client

Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities

Track project progress and ensure work is aligned with timelines and milestones

Prepare and update project reports, MIS reports, and progress dashboards

Follow up on material procurement, deliveries, and site requirements

Support in reviewing drawings, RFIs (Request for Information), and technical documents

Maintain project documentation, drawings, and correspondence records

Assist in cost tracking, billing verification, and BOQ management

Identify delays/issues and escalate for timely resolution

Ensure communication flow between office and site teams

Support quality and safety compliance monitoring at site





Required Skills:

Strong coordination and communication skills

Good understanding of civil construction and commercial building projects

Ability to read architectural and structural drawings

Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project (preferred), and reporting tools

Robust organizational and multitasking ability

Problem-solving and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)5 to 7 years of experience in Highrise building construction projects

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
