We're Hiring | Brewmaster / Brewery Master

District 6 – Premium German Microbrewery & Kitchen is looking for a passionate and experienced Brewmaster / Brewery Master to lead our brewing operations and craft world-class German-style and craft beers at one of Bengaluru's premium German microbreweries.

Location: Bengaluru

Position: Brewmaster / Brewery Master

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a German Microbrewery, Craft Brewery, or Commercial Brewery

German Microbrewery/Brewery experience is highly preferred and Brewery experience is MANDATORY

Strong expertise in brewing German-style beers, fermentation, filtration, carbonation, and quality control

Experience in recipe development, seasonal brews, and production planning

Knowledge of brewery equipment, CIP systems, yeast management, and preventive maintenance

Strong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and excise compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end brewing operations from milling to serving

Produce premium-quality German-style and craft beers with consistent flavour and quality

Develop innovative beer recipes and seasonal brews

Monitor fermentation, yeast health, filtration, carbonation, and quality assurance





Maintain brewery equipment and ensure smooth production schedules

Manage brewing inventory, raw materials, and supplier coordination

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Excise, hygiene, and safety regulations

Train and lead the brewery team while implementing brewery SOPs

Collaborate with the Operations and Kitchen teams to enhance the guest experience

Preferred Qualification:

Degree/Diploma in Brewing Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline

Qualified brewing certifications will be an added advantage
