Job Summary

We are looking for an Associate – Treasury tomanage day-to-day treasury operations, including fund management, payment planning and execution, bank reconciliations, and statutory compliance.The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of treasury processes along with working knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.

- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS). Monitor daily fund flow and cash position to ensure optimum liquidity.
- Create payment plans based on cash flow and business priorities.
- Execute vendor and other business payments through banking portals.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing while adhering to internal controls. Manage treasury-related records and banking documentation.
- Support GST and TDS accounting and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for payment approvals and cash planning.
- Work closely with the Finance and Procurement teams to support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. Assist in month-end treasury reporting and reconciliations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Treasury or Finance Operations.Strong knowledge of: Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) Fund Flow Management Payment Planning & Payment Execution GST & TDS Banking OperationsWorking knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process Experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software is preferred.Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
