Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace. The ideal candidate should be punctual, trustworthy, and able to handle basic office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office
- Assist in opening and closing the office daily
- Manage office supplies such as stationery, pantry items, and cleaning materials
- Run basic errands such as bank work, courier dispatch, and document collection/delivery
- Help with loading/unloading office materials when needed
- Support staff with minor administrative tasks as assigned
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum education: 10th pass / High School preferred




- Prior experience in office support work is an advantage
- Basic understanding of office cleanliness and maintenance
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
- Good communication and polite behavior
- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time
- Physically fit and active

Preferred Skills

- Experience in handling courier or office errands
- Basic knowledge of local routes and nearby service locations
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently

- Working Hours: 5:30 am - 5:30pm
- Weekly Off: Sunday

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,140.18 per month
