We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Physics Faculty to teach students at the higher secondary, undergraduate, or competitive exam level (JEE/NEET/CBSE/IGCSE/IB/GCSE, depending on the institution). Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality Physics lectures using effective teaching methodologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and question papers.
- Conduct practical sessions, demonstrations, and laboratory activities where applicable.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and examinations.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student progress and maintain academic records.
- Use digital tools, smart classrooms, and online teaching platforms effectively.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams (if applicable).
- Participate in curriculum planning, faculty meetings, and academic development activities.




- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physics and up-to-date teaching practices.

Qualifications

- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Physics (mandatory).
- B.Ed. is preferred for school-level teaching.
- NET/SET/Ph.D. is preferred for college or university positions.
- GCC teaching license or equivalency (preferred for Middle East positions).

Experience

- India: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of teaching experience are welcome.
- Middle East: Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in CBSE, IGCSE, IB, British, or American curriculum is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong conceptual knowledge of Physics.
- Excellent classroom management and presentation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and motivate students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and online teaching platforms.
- Strong analytical, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
