Position Overview

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The role requires coordination with contractors, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality construction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution

- Supervise civil construction activities from foundation to finishing.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.




- Monitor project progress and resolve site-related technical issues.

Quality & Safety

- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with construction standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Monitor material quality and workmanship.

Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify contractor bills and material consumption.
- Maintain daily progress reports and project documentation.
- Assist in planning and timely completion of project milestones.

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of RCC, finishing, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple site activities.
- Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
