Location: Mohan Estate, South Delhi

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 4 to 5 years

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 I Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Approach companies to promote corporate training programs and workshops.
- Connect with HR, L&D;, Training Managers, and key decision-makers to understand their training requirements.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service offerings with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills

- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Valuable organizational and follow-up skills.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in the Training, Education, Consulting, or Service industry will be an added advantage.
