Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Interior Designing division. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and increasing brand presence across Raipur, Bilaspur, and Jagdalpur. The role involves coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure smooth project execution and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and channel partners.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for timely execution of projects.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings.

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in Interior Designing, Furniture, Building Materials, Real Estate, Tiles, Bath Fittings, or Construction Industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates having an existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or real estate professionals in Raipur, Bilaspur, and Jagdalpur will be given preference.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
