We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a min of 5 years of experience to manage digital campaigns, WhatsApp marketing initiatives, data analysis, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical abilities with Advanced MS Excel, and hands-on experience in WhatsApp marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns, including customer broadcasts, automation, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking.
- Create engaging marketing content for WhatsApp, email, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed MIS reports using Advanced MS Excel.
- Maintain and update marketing databases while ensuring data accuracy.
- Generate insights from campaign data and recommend improvements to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor customer engagement and respond to marketing-related queries when required.
- Prepare presentations and performance reports using MS PowerPoint.




- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, IF functions, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Power Query preferred).
- Hands-on experience in WhatsApp Marketing, including campaign management and bulk messaging platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing and social media marketing.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms will be preferred.

Job Location - Marol Naka, Andheri

Job Timing - 9.30am to 6.30pm; Mon - Fri (work from office); Sat (work from home)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
