As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and enhance system performance, ensuring seamless operations and user satisfaction. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system logs, and implement solutions that contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and reliability of applications, making you an essential part of the organization s success.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Perform an architect role on a project/engagement
- Contribute to architecture and low level design




- Provide solutions & guide dev teams on requirements.
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud service
- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- 12-15 yrs overall 5yrs as Application/Platform Architect

- 10+yrs - Web App Development Component based Architecture

- Hands-on App Dev with either Microsoft Stack (ASPNET MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server) Or Open Source (Python, PostGreSQL), Angular/React/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs
- Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, Knowledge Services
- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud services
