Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in airline ticketing and reservations. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS and be capable of handling domestic and international flight bookings efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing.
- Create, modify, reissue, and cancel airline tickets.
- Manage bookings, fare rules, refunds, and schedule changes.
- Use Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS for reservations and ticketing.
- Provide accurate travel options and fare quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams for booking-related queries.
- Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service.




- Maintain accurate booking records and documentation.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing and reservations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS.
- Good understanding of airline fares, ticketing rules, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or tour operator is preferred.

Education:
Graduate/Diploma in Travel & Tourism or a related field preferred
