Job Title: Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse)

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Germany. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience with no career gap and be passionate about delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with German healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in hospital or care home settings.
- Monitor, record, and evaluate patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in diagnostic tests, medical procedures, and patient assessments.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety according to hospital policies.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (hospital or clinical setting).
- License/Registration:
- Must be eligible for nursing license/registration in Germany (or willing to undergo recognition process - Anerkennung).
- Language:
- Proficiency in German (B2 level) as per the Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen (GER) is required or in progress.




- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment with empathy and integrity.
