As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the solutions fit the intended purpose, and continuously refining the applications to enhance their effectiveness. Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving business demands and a focus on delivering reliable and productive software solutions that support organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.




- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application performance and functionality.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously update and document application configurations to maintain alignment with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and portfolio governance.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Portfolio and Project Management modules.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Portfolio and Project Management and other enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Portfolio and Project Management.

- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
