Hiring Business Development / Sales Development / B2B Business development executive with 2 years plus experience in FRP products. Candidates from similar product lines also welcome. MBA Preferred though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve and exceed marketing efforts for the FRP product lines.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities and target potential clients across various sectors (e.g., construction, automotive, Industries, infrastructure).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, consultants’ structural engineering firms, and end-users.
- Product Expertise & Education: Educate customers on the specific features, advantages, applications,



and technical specifications of FRP materials and products.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats, providing recommendations for product enhancements and market positioning.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product development, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Brand Promotion: Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the product line and enhance brand visibility.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
