Role description
Role Purpose: Manage a project for product and/or service support from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives Key Accountabilities:

Develop the project plan including detailed activities, resource planning, cost estimation

Acquire project requirements such as human resource, required information, various agreements and material or technology needed

Drive project to meet schedules, budget, manpower and technical quality targets

Conduct regular project reviews to recommend schedule changes, cost or resource adjustments

Preferred Experience and Qualification:

Bachelors in Engineering with 5-8 years of experience in software development

PMP/ Agile SCRUM Certifications

Job Description – SAP Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

 Take full responsibility management of SAP functional and technical work
streams.
 Responsible for Project planning, Control & monitoring, Progress reporting to
the function head and key business stakeholders.
 Liaise with TOS partner and ensure SLA and ensure support KPI`s.
 Work closely with Business stakeholder and contribute in business
enablement initiatives.
 Project Risk and issue management.
 Oversee and drive change management and be a custodian of continuous
improvement regarding SAP programme and project delivery.
 Identify and have a positive working relationship with all stakeholders and
business users involved within various related SAP focused programs and
projects.
 Work closely with the departments Project Managers,



supporting with tasks as
required and ensuring successful delivery of SAP projects.
 Oversee the activities of other colleagues in the different aspects of the
programme /project, including testing and training support.
 Support and coach team members through the programme and project
processes.
 Overseeing and supporting the wider Project Managers, with quality gate
processes to ensure that deliverables and the projects stay on track and to
budget ensuring business goals are met.
Experience:
 10 plus years’ experience with at least 6 years of experience in SAP.
 Business Acumen / Functional Experience: expertise in at least
two SAP modules.
 Industry Background: preferably from OIL and GAS sector.
 Need minimum 6 plus year of experience in working with End user companies
 Excellent communication and analytical skill’s
Education:
 Preferably with CA Background.
 A Master Degree, MBA or related advanced degree will be a plus.
