Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Junior Accountant. The role involves maintaining books of accounts, entering transactions, handling basic accounting records, and supporting finance operations under guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update daily bookkeeping entries in Tally (sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments)
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and records of financial transactions
- Assist in bank / cash reconciliation and ledger balancing
- Prepare simple financial reports/statements as needed
- Maintain records in Excel (basic data entry, spreadsheets)
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
- Help ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with standard accounting practices
- Communicate effectively with team and staff to coordinate accounting and payment/receipt processes

Required Skills / Qualifications:





- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (or related) — freshers welcome
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and understanding of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Tally (data entry/book-of-accounts) — desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (data entry, simple calculations)
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
- Willingness to learn and work under supervision

Preferred (but not mandatory):

- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts (journal entries, ledger, debit/credit, reconciliation)
- Comfortable in a team setting and able to coordinate with others
