We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate technical projects from planning to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, technical teams, and management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and business teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and managing timelines.
- Gather and document client requirements, prepare meeting notes, and maintain project documentation.
- Monitor project risks, resolve coordination issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Support Agile project execution, maintain project trackers, and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to efficient project delivery.

Requirements:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Technical Project Coordination or IT Project Management.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and project management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello, or Asana.
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with SaaS, CRM, loyalty, or digital transformation projects will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
