Digital Dhara is a fast-growing Digital Marketing & Creative Agency helping businesses grow through Branding, Social Media Marketing, Performance Marketing, Website Development, and Content Creation. We are looking for a creative Video Editor who understands today's short-form content ecosystem and can create engaging videos that drive views, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Create short-form content optimized for audience retention and engagement.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and animations.
- Edit marketing videos, ad creatives, podcasts, testimonials, and brand videos.
- Create multiple versions of videos for A/B testing and different platforms.
- Perform color correction, audio enhancement, and basic sound design.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to execute content strategies.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and content hooks.
- Organize and manage video assets efficiently.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience editing Reels, Shorts, and social media content.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention.
- Ability to create engaging captions and motion graphics.




- Knowledge of color grading and audio editing.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Knowledge of AI video tools such as Runway, Descript, Adobe Firefly, Kling, Veo, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating performance marketing ads and UGC-style videos.
- Basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Canva.

Qualifications

- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Film Production, or related field.
- Robust portfolio showcasing social media content and marketing videos.
- Agency experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary
