Core Responsibilities

- Spatial Planning: Develop accurate floor plans, zoning, and circulation diagrams to optimize the functionality and flow of an interior space.
- Concept Development: Create mood boards, thematic sketches, and detailed 3D renderings to communicate the design vision.
- Technical Documentation: Produce working drawings, elevations, and construction documents using software like AutoCAD or BIM tools.
- Building Code Compliance: Ensure all structural changes, emergency access, and disability access comply with local zoning and safety regulations.
- Material Selection: Curate a palette of finishes, furnishings, and materials based on aesthetics, durability, and sustainability.
- Project & Construction Management: Outline timelines and budgets,



coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors, and conduct site visits to ensure proper implementation.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Software Proficiency: Mastery of design and drafting programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing), lighting design, and construction materials.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
