Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to drive online visibility, website traffic, lead generation, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, content optimization, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website performance
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities
- Monitor and optimize website content, meta tags, landing pages, and internal linking structure
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools
- Create and manage social media content calendars and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to create engaging marketing materials




- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Stay updated with the latest SEO, digital marketing, and search engine algorithm changes

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and lead generation campaigns
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
- Understanding of keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization
- Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign management
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility

- Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and Digital Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred
- Relevant certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage
- Candidates from Pune preferred
