About the Role

Cntrl M is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have robust analytical skills, experience managing multiple client accounts, and a passion for driving measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Develop lead generation, website conversion, and remarketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital advertising.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign optimisation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a rapid-paced agency environment.
- Digital marketing certifications (Google/Meta) are a plus.

Salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)

Schedule

- Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
