Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, following up with customers, and maintaining robust client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with the sales team when required

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months–1 year of telecalling/customer handling experience
- Freshers are not allowed
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
