Position Requirements

Able to communicate in English.

Able to address all Quality issues.

Basic knowledge in Welding & QMS System.

Able to understand all technical drawings.

Able to use all kinds of measurement equipment. Ready to travel for inspection if need.

RESPONSIBILITIES

➢

Doing PPAP inspection and PDI on completed orders and making reports with pics in the provided format.

➢

Ensuring all the products are as per drawing requirement and submission of the report in a timely manner.

➢

Follow up on orders and provide a daily report to the immediate superior.

➢

Visual inspection on welding & HDG to be done as per requirement.

➢

Need to handle in-process inspection if needed.

➢

Ad-hoc activities are given by a superior.

➢

Supporting superior on preparing CAPA report if any NCR raised.

AUTHORITIES

➢

Releasing PPAP and PDI report.

ACCOUNTABLE

➢

For all measurement and inspection reports.

➢

For other reports (Daily activity report, Inspection Summary).

Pay: From ₹32,000.00 per month
