We are seeking a proficient Malayalam Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Malayalam.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce company products/services to potential clients in Malayalam and explain their benefits.

Answer customer inquiries promptly and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in spoken Malayalam and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
