- 3+ years of relevant experience, Work directly with the leadership team as a conduit in key processes and initiatives
- Sales prospecting: build good lists, perform account research (technographic, partner influence etc) - and get at champions. Setup calls and intros.
- Key hiring: Some head-hunting for key roles and interface with hiring partners
- Coordinate community events and other open source communities
- help run operations charter for organisation.
