We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Academic Assistant to support the academic operations of our PSC division. The ideal candidate will mentor students, coordinate academic activities, monitor student progress, and ensure a smooth learning experience by working closely with faculty, students, and the academic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and motivate PSC students to achieve their academic goals.
- Address student queries related to classes, study plans, exams, and learning resources.
- Monitor student attendance and follow up with absent students and parents when required.
- Track student performance and identify learners who require additional academic support.
- Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely completion of classes, tests, and revision sessions.
- Communicate timetables, examination schedules, assignments, and academic updates to students.
- Collect and maintain attendance, test scores, feedback, and student progress reports.
- Organize orientation sessions,
doubt-clearing sessions, mock tests, and other academic activities.
- Gather student feedback and share insights with the academic team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate academic records and ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations.
- Support student engagement initiatives and create a positive learning workplace.
- Conduct and coordinate doubt clearance sessions to address students' academic queries and ensure timely academic support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply; experience in an educational institution or student support role is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
