Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage various aspects of cloud infrastructure. This includes monitoring resource capacity, ensuring efficient billing and cost tracking, and implementing strategies to optimize expenses across diverse cloud platforms. The role requires continuous engagement with multiple cloud environments to maintain operational efficiency and support organizational goals through proactive management and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Monitor cloud resource utilization and assist in capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support cloud infrastructure and resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing reports and cost allocation to various departments.
- Support the implementation of cost optimization initiatives to reduce unnecessary cloud expenditure.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud resource monitoring and management tools within Microsoft Azure environments.
- Knowledge of cloud billing processes and cost management techniques.
- Familiarity with capacity management practices in cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure services.
- Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
