- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable Knowledge of MS office (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
- Back-end support for Direct customer for software as well as hardware requirements.
- Keep self-updated with the latest products and features to convince customers accordingly
- OEM /vendor Co Ordination for Pricing, Availability, end to end follow up for right quote with timely reply.
- Customer interaction from quote to payment collection.
- MIS preparation.
- Logistic Co-Ordination as support to Sales & customer.
- Support with Competition data or analysis to the sales team as and when need.
- Support with end-customer / retail sales as required
