Caratbazaar is looking for a Sales Executive who can handle online leads, speak with customers on call and WhatsApp, follow up properly, and convert enquiries into orders.

Responsibilities

- Call online leads received from website, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and ads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery products.
- Share product details, prices, videos, photos, offers, and payment information on WhatsApp.
- Do regular call and WhatsApp follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
- Handle customer queries about products, customization, delivery, certification, and pricing.
- Maintain lead status and daily follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order confirmation and updates.
- Build trust with customers and help them complete their purchase.





Requirements

- Experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or online sales.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, phone calls, and customer follow-ups.
- Ability to convince customers and close sales on calls and Online.
- Jewellery, fashion, luxury, or retail sales experience will be preferred.
- Must be polite, confident, and target-focused.

Salary

Base salary + incentive on each order.
