About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior 3D Artist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or artists with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in 3D animation, visualization, and digital content creation. You will work alongside senior artists on animation, product visualization, architectural visualization, AR/VR, and AI-assisted creative projects.

Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models for characters, props, products, and environments.
- Produce clean UVs and apply textures and materials.
- Set up lighting and render scenes using industry-standard render engines.
- Assist in modeling, texturing, animation, and scene assembly.
- Optimize 3D assets for animation and real-time applications.
- Follow project specifications and meet production deadlines.
- Collaborate with designers, animators, and project leads.
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
- Learn and implement new workflows, tools, and AI-assisted production techniques.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Autodesk Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop.
- Understanding of polygon modeling and topology.
- Basic texturing and UV mapping skills.




- Knowledge of lighting and rendering fundamentals.
- Basic understanding of animation principles.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop for texture editing.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of Blender or 3ds Max.
- Experience with Arnold, V-Ray, or Redshift rendering.
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Familiarity with Substance Painter or Adobe Substance 3D.
- Interest in AI-powered creative tools, AR/VR, or VFX workflows.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, Game Design, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Portfolio or demo reel showcasing personal or academic projects is preferred.
