Job Title: Marketing Executive – Elevator CompanyJob Summary

We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our lift and elevator solutions, generate business opportunities, and build strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, and commercial clients. The candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for lift and elevator installations.
- Visit builders, architects, contractors, developers, consultants, and commercial establishments to promote company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain lift specifications, features, and benefits.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Conduct market research to identify competitors, industry trends, and customer requirements.
- Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM with client interactions.




- Follow up with prospective customers and assist in closing business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly marketing and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in elevators, construction, building materials, engineering products, or industrial sales.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with architects, builders, and contractors.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client visits.
