Job Summary

Swasthiq Business Solutions is hiring enthusiastic Telecalling Executives for our Personal Loan Process. The role involves calling customers, explaining loan products, generating leads, collecting required documents, and coordinating with banks until loan disbursement.

Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

- Explain personal loan products and eligibility criteria.

- Generate quality leads and maintain follow-up.

- Collect and verify customer documents.

- Coordinate with banks and internal teams.

- Update CRM and maintain accurate customer records.

- Achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Eligibility

- Minimum: 12th, Diploma, or Any Degree.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.





- Good communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is an added advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
