Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the payroll cutover process for multiple regions, including the United States, Canada, and EU countries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of SAP payroll modules.
- Develop and execute cutover plans,
ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders throughout the cutover process.
- Conduct data conversion activities using LSMW and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Configure and customize SAP PA/OM and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment of payroll processes with organizational policies and regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll cutover activities in a timely manner.
- Coordinate testing activities and validate payroll results to ensure accuracy.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
