We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Editor with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, editing, and visual aesthetics, with the ability to create engaging video content for digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and advertisements.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Add transitions, motion graphics, text animations, sound effects, background music, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Organize raw footage, project files, and maintain a structured workflow.
- Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high production standards.




- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and platform-specific best practices.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably in a digital marketing agency or creative environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition for audio enhancement and Adobe Media Encoder for rendering is preferred.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, and export settings.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound synchronization, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work is mandatory.
