Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Associate to drive business growth by developing client relationships and promoting a range of financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills with prior experience in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through client acquisition and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high service standards.
- Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
- Support and guide interns or junior team members whenever required.





Preferred Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Financial Services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Robust client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of financial products and investment solutions will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Friday: Working
- 1st & 3rd Saturday: Work From Home
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Weekly Off

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
