Roles & Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage digital assets in the DAM system with accurate taxonomy and metadata tagging.
- Ensure compliance with digital rights management and make assets available for reuse.
- Identify anomalies and suggest workarounds when faced with technical challenges.
- Collaborate with team members and requestors to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Assist users with concerns related to the process.
- Perform management tasks related to ingestion, annotation, cataloging, storage, retrieval, and distribution of digital assets.
- Solve routine problems using established guidelines and precedents.
- Follow detailed instructions for current assignments and moderate guidance for daily tasks.
- May require working in rotational shifts.
Qualifications:
- Graduate degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in uploading/downloading digital assets and content management.
- Experience ensuring quality of content and meeting client content standards.
- Experience working on DAM platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
