Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups, coordinating with internal departments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Dispatch, Production, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and client follow-up reports.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and customer retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and company reputation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Graduate (Science background preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Client Relationship, CRM, Sales Coordination, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good English and Hindi communication is preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
