About Label Amara

Label Amara is a premium jewellery brand creating timeless, high-quality jewellery for the up-to-date woman. We blend elegant designs with exceptional craftsmanship to create pieces that are stylish, versatile, and made for everyday wear. As a fast-growing consumer brand, we're looking for 2 proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Interns to help us grow both online and offline.

Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content including reels, stories, posts, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support SEO initiatives and website content optimization.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly reports using analytics tools.
- Work on influencer collaborations and partnership campaigns.

Offline Marketing & Events

- Represent Label Amara at exhibitions, pop-up events, flea markets, and brand activations.
- Engage with customers, explain products, and communicate the brand story.
- Assist with event planning, stall setup, merchandising, inventory coordination, and event logistics.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to improve products and customer experience.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and partners whenever required.
- Help execute offline promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives.

Brand & Business Support

- Brainstorm innovative marketing ideas to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns, photoshoots,



and promotional activities.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and community-building efforts.
- Work closely with the founder on strategic marketing projects.

Who We're Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Passionate about fashion, jewellery, beauty, or consumer brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident interacting with customers in person at events and exhibitions.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Willing to travel for exhibitions and offline marketing activities when required.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with Canva or other design tools.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or email marketing needed.
- Photography, videography, and video editing skills required.
- Familiarity with Shopify and AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus.
