Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, lead generation, and online sales.

This role offers hands-on exposure to:

- Performance Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Content Strategy
- Analytics & Reporting
- E-commerce Marketing (Amazon & Shopify)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily social media activities including content scheduling, posting, engagement, and monitoring
- Plan and execute campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Assist in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, campaign visuals, and copywriting
- Assist in influencer collaborations and UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns
- Track campaign performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and reporting tools
- Conduct competitor analysis, trend research, and audience research




- Support e-commerce optimization including Amazon listings, A+ content, keyword research, and product visibility
- Prepare monthly performance reports, insights, and digital marketing presentations
- Contribute ideas for content strategy, promotions, and brand campaigns
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and social media marketing
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Good communication and content writing skills in English
- Creative mindset with strong interest in branding, storytelling, and digital trends
- Basic understanding of analytics, engagement metrics, and campaign performance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads are an added advantage
