Role: Oracle FUSION FINANCIALS

Location: Hyderabad only

Notice Period: Immediate-15 Days max

JD:

· Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Finance implementations (GL, AP, AR,FA, CM, Tax, and other sub-ledger modules).

· Conduct business requirement workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications and configure Oracle Cloud Financial modules accordingly.

· Manage a team of functional consultants, guide them through design, build, testing, and deployment phases.

· Oversee integration, data migration, and testing activities across modules and with external systems.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and reporting leads.

· Drive project deliverables and ensure alignment with timeline, scope, and quality standards.

· Act as the primary point of contact for the client for all finance functional-related matters.

· Provide post-go-live support, issue resolution,



and continuous improvement recommendations.

· Ensure compliance with business processes, SOX, and audit requirements.

Key skills required

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree or related fields.

· Minimum 9 years of Oracle Financials experience, with at least 5

· Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.

· Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax, Expenses, and SLA.

· Positive understanding of financial processes, statutory reporting, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

· Experience in designing COA, legal entities, ledgers, and business units setup in Oracle Cloud.

· Proven experience with Data Migration, Functional Testing, Cutover, and Post-Go-Live Support.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
