- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team success.
- Set clear sales objectives, targets, and quotas for the team, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying recent business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align sales efforts, enhance product offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to educate the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline,



overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Review and analyze sales performance data, including sales reports, forecasts, and metrics, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales growth.
- Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to generate leads, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales budgets, strategies, and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the Senior Leadership team.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
